Return & Exchange policy

We don’t accept Returns or Refunds for our products except in the case of Major Damage with visible issues / Wrong items sent (Size different from the order placed).

• No size exchange, as we provide 1.5 inches margin on both sides to alter according to your size.

• If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms- SMS/Call/Website Support Portal, etc, within 24 hours.

• Tracking and shipment-based complaints raised after 15 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration.

• A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return and refund purposes.

• If the product package is damaged, please do not accept it; instead, let us know soon and initiate a return.

Care Instructions

For best results, dry clean only. If needed, gently hand-wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not soak, wring, or bleach. Lay flat to dry in the shade, and steam or iron on low heat using a protective cloth. As this is a handcrafted piece, please treat it with elegance and care.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item with the opening video, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Kindly refer to the size chart to get the correct Size.

Orders placed cannot be cancelled.
